Who You Are
If you’re here, you desire to know the truth of who you are.
I can’t presume to know who you are, but I can speak to those who most want to work with me.
You’re struggling with your identity or your relationships. You’re discovering that titles, achievements, and money don’t give you the satisfaction you thought they would. Despite having built a successful life, you yearn for something more, with a growing realization that you might be living someone else’s life.
You’re not looking for a guru or a quick fix, and you’re not persuaded by influencer wellness or social media spirituality. You still believe in logic and are allergic to jargon. You want a philosophy that you wouldn’t be embarrassed to talk about at a dinner party and doesn’t cause your family to worry you’ve joined a cult.
You want to think differently about your life, but you’re looking for more than theory: You want to feel more alive. You’re looking to live from your soul, which may feel impossible in this life.
Most people who find me fit one of two profiles:
You’re a thoughtful skeptic who has built a successful life yet something profound is missing. You’ve spent years with self-help books and therapy, but you’re struggling to feel fully alive.
You’re a long-time practitioner of meditation or spirituality. You’ve reached a plateau where your tools haven’t resolved what you hoped they would, and you’re still asking the same questions. You are beginning to wonder if you’ll ever find the answers you seek.
These may seem like two different people, but in my experience, they’re usually the same person at different points on the same path.
Either way, you’re ready to take your inner life seriously. You’re willing to question who you are and what you know, and equally willing to experiment with new ways of seeing and being in this world. You might discover that your soul yearns for something else.
Who isn’t this work for, at least not right now?
This work is not a substitute for therapy. If you’re in crisis or seeking healing from trauma, you need professional care from a licensed mental health specialist. There should be no stigma attached to that truth. This work requires mental and emotional stability so you can face yourself clearly and directly and think differently about the meaning of life.
This work is not about material wealth or abundance. For those seeking financial security, I am not a part of the manifestation industry. I say this without judgment and to clarify that the path I teach requires a degree of material stability.
